Unforuntately what you have experienced is the "Oregon Curse" that happens to many who try to transpant California Money northward...If you host a Large Open House at your New Sisters, Oregon residence that Curse will go away... So it is time set at date, how about the weekend before the FMCA National Rally in Redmond in August???? Lee a 34 year transplant from Arizona by way of Spain.......
