I have used the Flex Shot (clear) for various spots along the tops of awning/coach seams, and it seems to work very well. It lays in nicely on top of the black factory seam, and is invisible. I don't know how long it will last, but so far, so good. It is kind of messy to work with, so best to apply it properly and leave it alone. I think you could actually repair a slide room sika seam if you carefully taped it off and used a putty knife to smooth a thin layer, with the tape for nice borders. Again, it would work in a pinch until you can properly do the entire slide room with Sika (big job!).

Over the years, there has been a peeling-away of black paint on the top roof cap that runs the length of the coach. Each year I wax over it and lament its appearance (although it is not real visible from ground level). I saw 'FLEX SEAL' advertised on TV and wondered if that would work. It is a black liquid-like rubber that is painted on with a brush. What do all you pros think?
