Replace my ref with a Samsung about 4 years ago. My freezer drawer won't stay closed (ice in the slides) . I took everything out and completely defrosted it which helped. While I was in there, there were 5 ball bearings laying on the bottom.

Anybody replaced the slides?

Oh boy! A warning to all of us with the exact same refrigerator and timing! We have had ours about 4 years. Thank you, John, and so far we are ok.
