Leak in Storage Bay Compartment

Looking for a little help with a leak. I have an 07 Allure 40' Hood River, that is currently in outdoor storage (with the slides in), we have had an unusual amount of snow and rain for about the last 8 weeks. I recently found the leak in my rear storage bay on the driver's side, there is no sign what so ever of the leak showing up in the slide, walls, floor or ceiling directly above the storage bay. The gray carpet on the ceiling in the bay is extremely wet especially on the driver's side right next to the outer metal channel rail on the ceiling of the bay, the moisture is being wicked inward on the ceiling carpet and also down the vertical walls of the bay. My propane bay is immediately forward of the wet bay and my plumbing bay is rearward, both bays on either side of the wet bay have no signs of water entry. At this point I have not started to pull the bay apart as the weather isn't co-operating too much. I don't have access to power in the storage lot so I'm hoping to get a dryer and fan in there in the next day or so by using the generator.

Any suggestions or thoughts from those that may have had the same or similar issue would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a leaking plumbing line on the inside of the coach. If you hook up to city water, listen carefully for water flowing when you turn the spigot on. You should here it briefly until the system has equal pressure with the spigot. Then listen to the line for noise, it should be silent. Also, squeeze or pinch the water line and see if the sound changes. This is a sign the there is still water flowing.

Well let's see, did you winterize your coach? What water fixtures are above (or near) the leak? Like the water heater, washer or sink. I guess it's possible that snow got in some weird way and when it melted created your problem.
I had a leak once from a waterline clamp at the elbow, but that was under pressure.

I had a water leak somewhat like that. I found the problem around the hinge, some of the rivets had broken along the hinge. Redid the rivets and the water leak is now solved. Hope your problem will be this simple.

It's almost impossible to tell you where that could be coming from without seeing it. Water can travel considerable distances. You might want to remove the ceiling panel in that bay and see what you can see.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Coach was winterized back in November, and wet the carpet does not have a RV antifreeze smell/consistency nor boiler fluid from the Hydro hot. I have the coach booked in early next week for a sealtech job, which will hopefully reveal the problem. After looking at the problem area again, the bottom rear corner of the front D/S slide well (I don't know the actual term) is showing some possible signs of gaps/deterioration in the black epoxy/urethane, it's underneath the slide when the slide is extended and it's real tough spot to get at. Gene you mentioned broken rivets, I haven't got any of those but I do have some signs of rust on the bay door stops that are directly below the side moulding, there are also signs of water dripping down from the same area, all of which are behind the bay doors. I'll give an update after the sealtech job next week.
