broken side window...need advice

Our side window over our couch, maybe 20" by 24" was cracked today. Were in the sacramento area currently. Has anyone had one replaced. Can a auto glass shop cut one to fit?

I'd contact Harry Lockwood tomorrow, 916-233-7253. He used to work for CC, is still in the RV industry in the Sacramento area (inspections, repairs, etc) and knows these coaches inside out. If he can't do it he can probably point you in the right direction in the Sac area.

I'm on the east coast and having a very difficult time finding a replacement side window for my coach. I sent an email to Country Coach parts last Friday morning and they did give me a call. I took pictures of my broken window and measured the frame and emailed the information to them as requested. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon. I'll let you know the outcome. They may be able to help.

We also had experience at LazyDays with them replacing our front window as well as the small window next to the driver's seat. They redid the driver's side window in terms of getting the foggy look out. We were very pleased with the whole experience there. That was approximately 4-5 years ago. Our Inspire is an 06.

Wishing you success!

I wouldn't bet on it. CC has gone to hell in a hand basket. Just my opinion

I did get a quote today for the window for my coach from Winnebago. About $1500 plus freight. I was told it would not be solar bronze but would be dark gray with an automotive tint on it. I don't think that's what I want as it will not match the rest of the windows.

Well, I've just ordered my window from Jeff Kemp at Motion Windows, a division of Peninsula Glass. Just under $1200 and it looks like I'll be doing the install myself. I'm a little nervous but looking forward to have this fixed.
