Symptom described would point to a drivetrain issue.
That being said, do keep and eye on that tire. Running on a tire that is deflated could cause damage not only to that tire, but the xtra weight being carried on the dually that still held air - could have caused damaged to it.
I admit I'm a bit 'something' retentive when it comes to tires. I would have insisted they both be replaced. I'd want to be fair with he tire dealer. So if not new when the valve was messed up, I'd prorate them based upon age. If new, and a bad valve stem was installed by the dealer - I'd expect them to make me whole...
You might call the tire manufacture's tech support line, and ask for their opinion what took place...
