Hurricane Furnace fuel line replacement

I have a 2000 Intrigue with a Hurricane furnace that is not working. I never replaced the fuel line and want to do now. The fuel line is not pulling the fuel through Which line is the fuel line Is it the line on the top of the tank? What is the easiest process to replace this line?
