Front Ceiling Lights on Full Time

Need some help....interior, front, ceiling lights will not respond to any of the switches and are on full time.
Tried the House Battery reset to no avail....the lights go out but come back on as soon as the House Battery
switch is placed in the "on" position.
Any ideas?
