We've been to -5 degrees for a few nights, then it got balmy up to the positive single digits, while at Lake Muncho's Strawberry Provincial Campground for 9 days of boon docking. It would warm up to the 30's, and two days up into the 40's during the day.
We'd supplement or solar and run the generator for a few hours in the AM, and had the electric element of the HydroHot, and electric floor tile heat on at that time. (The Inspire I believe usually has a Water Heater, but I think I recall they have a electric element too(?). The inside of the coach we kept warm by a combo of the Diesel fired Hydro Hot furnaces, and or a Heat Buddy. The first few days we'd see the lines to the kitchen sink frozen in the AM, so we started leaving the lower kitchen cabinet doors open, and that stopped them from freezing.
The Inspire is a fine coach, and you should have no problems with the furnace running, keeping all of your zones in good shape. You could also fire up the generator, and run a portable heater too. We've been known to set one on the floor of the kitchen pointing to the front of the cab, to help keep the chill out:)! And of course, more slides can mean more heat loss, so a 3 or 4 slide coach will work harder then our 2 slide unit:)!
It was 27 here at Seven Feathers RV Park in Oregon last night. We used just the one portable heater at 1500W overnight, and I turned on the rear zone of the Hydro Hot fed furnace, at about 5:00AM to knock a bit of chill out of the rear area, fed by electric element only.
Travel safe, and have fun,
Smitty
