anti siphon valve for the black and grey water flush

my name is John Bennett i was very active in this forum a few years ago. I still own a 07 Magna 6751 and I really enjoy the Coach but I need help. This discussion deals with the anti-siphon valve that is part of the Black/Grey tank flush system. I noticed that when I flush the tanks I start to get water drops coming thru into the Aqua Hot bay no problem when your not flushing. I need to find where the anti-siphon valve is because I believe that is the source of the problem. I have taken everything that could possibly be covering the valve. It has to be above the tanks so I took apart every cabinet in the main salon near the Refrigerator. Today I built a platform from 3/4 Ply and 4x4's to be able to pull the refrigerator forward to check access panels behind it. by doing that I now have access to the back of the shower and the valves associated with that no anti-siphon valve. Any ideas? oh it's not under the bathroom sink either.

I once I owned a 2004 Allure. On one occasion when my spray nozzel clogged up I removed the piping including the nozzle all the way back to the inlet connection in the plumbing bay. On my coach it was a straight run from the inlet accriss the top of the tank with some elbows connecting to the nozzle on the side of the black water tank. There was no anti-siphon device at all anywhere including the inlet connector. I had the entire thing laying out on the lawn.

I can't speak to your Magna but there is one coach that simply didn't have one. I have no idea of why.

Just as a side point I later found that the nozzle virtually never clogged as long as I had less than a half tank of black water on board when traveling on the road. Some drilled out the nozzle holes to a bigger size. I never did that because according to my memory of high school physics that should decrease the force of the stream at each hole thus hampering the cleaning ability.

I think that anti siphon valve is just inside the facia of the wet bay. You can see them ( both black and grey) by looking thru one of the inspection covers ( I forget which one). However, if that was the leak it would drip straight down below wet bay, not above your AquaHot. Once I got really high pressure city water hook to the flush connection, and one of them leaked and the puddle was below the wet bay.

if anyone is interested I finally found the anti-siphon. There are 2 one for each tank. when I built the platform and was able to move the refrigerator I found an Access panel in the floor of the platform hidden by the refrigerator. looking down there I found the 4 lines for the flush and they were routed forward. next to the refrigerator on the right is a cabinet the upper has a stained glass front the lower just a regular door those cabinets upper and lower need to be dismantled. the valves are behind those cabinets near the outside wall.
