Need Recommendations for a family member.

A little off the normal CC topic. My brother-in-law is looking for an experienced RV electrician/specialist for his 2000 - National RV - Tradewinds with a CAT engine, Allison trans on a Freightliner Chassis. Dash gauges work sporadically and Idiot light cluster goes into a chase pattern. This "spinning" idiot light cluster usually indicates the front/dash computer isn't communicating whit the one in the engine compartment. We've already replaced the computer in the engine compartment (unfortunately we could only find used ones). We can't find anyone who is willing to tackle this problem or who seems to know what they're doing.
So I decided to go the the source of all Coach wisdom and knowledge and post here. Does anyone have a recommendation for a RV electrical specialist. Someone who might have the hardware to diagnose this problem for us? Prefer in the western US. Thanks...

You don't say where the coach is, but Tom at Specialty RV in Aurora OR is excellent.
