Vibration on 2000 Allure

I recently drove a 40 ft. 2000 Allure and there was a distinct vibration in the coach. I could not duplicate it by adjusting the speed, it just seemed to come and go without a cause/effect relationship. I thought it might be tire balancing or could it be something serious in the drive train? It is a Cummins 330hp, Thanks for any advice or ideas you may have.
