2005 Magna in Canada

Yahoo Message Number: 9894
All of Canada seems to have a 41 foot length restriction. Do they enforce this at the border? Has anyone taken a 45 footer up the northeast through Nova Scotia and via the ferry into Newfoundland? I know some of the provinces are considering increasing the length.

I am trying to decide between 40 or 45 feet and what restrictions I will face with a 45 foot Magna or Affinity.

I took my 42 foot Affinity through both the east and west coasts of Canada and was never questioned about the length. I even took a ferie from Nova Scotia to Prince Edward Island and did not get questioned. I don't think you will have a problem.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Hello Barry..

I have taken a 45' Lexa across the border in Montana and was not asked about length, drove all the way to Banff; then cam across the Provinces and re-entered the States at Windsor, Ontario. Did not have any problems anywhere about the length of the Lexa.
