Bob, this doesn't seem to be a very electical minded group as I have seen more than one electrial type question go unanswered. I did read in the manual on my coach [Freedom 25]that the batteries will boil or gas if you are equalizing them. Maybe a place to start? That is ALL I know, as I am not very electical minded myself. Let us know what you find out as to the cause.

Bobby, definetly shut of the charger c.b. in the electric panel . Sounds as though your Gell cells are cooked. I haven't seen a Heart cook batts over night although it is possible .after they cool down, disconect them from each other and the coach and see if any are still good. after replacing watch the inverter closely as it may have gone off the deep end. let me know how it goes.
