Converting to Laydown Wiper Arms

Because of recent complaints on non-laydown wiper arms, I sent an e-mail to Trico, reference replacing the arms. Here's the correspondence:

Looking at what will be my 05 Magna, we don't have laydown wipers either, but I don't see it as a big problem because they are low on the windows. Our 01 magna has laydown wipers because they are up high and mounted upright.
