FMCA & CC Pre-Rally

Being new to CC ownership, the CC "club" and FMCA, how does the pre-rally and the "tour" to the FMCA rally work? My sis said the Foretravel group had a pre-rally to the FMCA and from there they all caravaned together to the FMCA making their own "parade". She said it was quite impressive. Sounds neat. Since the CC pre-rally is quite a few days before the FMCA, it doesn't sound as if these (you) folks do this. What happens?

Do you get Destinations magazine? There is an article in the most recent issue describing a tour through Oregon that many of the CC owners are apparently planning to take - beginning at the Class Reunion and ending at the FMCA rally. Because I'm going to a Guaranty RV rally in JC directly after the CC Class Reunion, I'm hoping to catch up with the CC group a day or two before the FMCA rally so I can go in with them. We'll see how that works out.

Don't despair - the CC folks do caravan to the rally site together.
The last time they had the FMCA rally in the Bend/Redmond area, people travelled from Eugene at their own pace and met at a Les Schwab facility in Prineville and from there we all caravaned in together.
It is fun as well as impressive to see all the CC units lined up. I am sure you will hear more details at the Family Reunion in Eugene and they will let you know who your "wagon master" will be.

Enjoy!!

I would like to invite you to our Country Coach rally at the Oregon coast. It's the week between Homecoming and FMCA. I am the rally master. For more information, e-mail me at jimlizh@.... Jim Headley '04 Intrigue Ovation
