Propane Tank Plumbling - Loose Connections

Hi Folks,

In the process of adding a quick disconnect to the existing tee which is just after the double regulator, I discovered that two locations were just finger tight. The first was the pipe connection going into the first regulator and the second was at the junction of the hose and the iron pipe above the tank. All the fittings appeared to be sealed with the same brown (rust) colored pipe sealer used for the air connections. I cleaned and applied teflon tape to the males.
