Push/Twist Knob on Bedroom TV Cabinet

Anyway out there know where I might find the flush mounted twist Knob that is used on the 2004 Allure's bedroom TV cabinet. It is plastic and the back piece, which the knob goes into, has cracked. I'm trying to find a place which might have these but in metal versus plastic. I've tried Home Depot and Lowes.

The 2005 Inspires have a twist knob that is metal (you push it to pop it out, then turn it). Maybe CC parts have them?
