cooling front overhead cabinets

I have a question: What type of thermostat is used to activate the fan? I have a 110 volt Attic Fan thermostat in my inverter bay but it's pretty clumzy for the inside cabinetry.

Where did you buy the 12v thermostat? Any access through internet suppliers?
