CC service support

Yahoo Message Number: 12689
Hi all,

Just a general question. As a somewhat new CC owner I have repeatedly run into a curious situation with CC support. It seems they cannot address my technical issues by giving me correct information relative to MY particular coach. I get generic answers as to the model but not as to MY particular coach. For instance, they cannot tell me how my Jake Brake is wired. After several months and many erroneous drawings I am still at base one. They could not tell me where the Jake Brake relay was (is) located. They could not tell me that my HWH leveling systems was NOT as described ( I seem to have a much earlier mercury switch version rather than the more current electronic version). They could not tell me what type of slide system was (is) in my coach, scissors vs. four cylinder drive. All of these and others as well.
The techs are always very cooperative and try to help but it seems they are without individual coach information. My experience with my previous coach, a Monaco Dynasty, was much different. The Techs had access to build sheets for my particular coach which answered questions accurately and specifically for that particular coach. Do you all have the same experience or am I wearing the wrong purfume?

Dear Lyle,

I own an 04 Allure and have had a few conversations with the Junction City Techs. Reading about your issues seems that the entire "quality build program" is not working. When we went thought he factory the CC people we quick to point out how a detail of the build is keep in books for each coach and the sign off for the techs that do the work. Even at the Class Reunion this item and the enhancements for better info retrieval were discussed by none other than Jay Howard the Pres.

I think you should "tell someone" that the system is not working in your specific case. Your email does a good job of outlining the facts and we all know that when facts are known things can be resolved. I still believe that the CC is the best built on the market and that the company does work very hard to keep the customer satisfied.

Have you considered contacting Doug Ruthford Director of Customer Service [druther@...] or Jim Cooley, Customer Services Manager and asking for a specific review of your coach and repair solutions.
Sometime that old squeaky wheel [with a smile ofcourse] gets the needed

attention.[jcooley@...]

Good luck.

Do you all have the same experience or am I wearing the wrong purfume? We bought our '98 Intrigue in Jun '03 and when I called CC with a question on "our" coach, they had the build sheet for our specific coach. I guess things have changed since ours was manufactured?!?!? Or maybe it was your "Evening in Paris" parfum ...
