Wet Valances

Bruce: Do you have the little vent hold covers in place. Each window should have two of them on the lower part of the frame.
Country Coach parts dept. sells them. At the last rally they had a run on them and had to bring in a big box to keep up with the demand.
One other upgrade: After seeing some other owners upgrades, we installed matching oak frames around the lower and sides of the valances. They look nice and are much lower maintenance.
Remove the entire valance, replace the sides and bottom rails with wood that matches your interior color.
