Moto-sat Internet

The coach I have has a Moto-sat dish installed. The controller is there.

The modems have been removed.

Any advice? Can I do as well with a "card".
I understand the monthly contract is about $100 - is it worth it for a "casual" user???

For the casual user this may not be the best solution. We have had our Datastorm since we went fulltime and I wouldn't be without it.
I wouldn't classify myself as a "casual" user. I don't know what a new modem would cost but the monthly rate is indeed $99. You can get more information at http://www.datastormusers.com/ .

We have had the MOTO Sat system for 2 years and love it. It is the best way we have found to stay connected... Just waiting for WiMax to be deployed. You can buy the modems from groundcontrol. You can even get a new -all in one- controller/modem box, for about $1,000. This box takes up far less room than the old double modem system.
The best of thing about motosat is,....you can go online anywhere you get a clear southern sky.

The worst thing about motosat is the trees...they appear to grow in the "only space available" in some RV parks.......
