For Sale: '98 Allure 36 w/ Great Room Slide

Although I hate to do this, we have recently purchased a home in the Florida Keys (because our favorite RV park was sold) and, after much thought, realize that it will be 18 months before we have the time to take a major RV trip. I can't bear the thought of having the MH sit for a year and a half - it won't do either of us any good (me or the MH!).
We only bought this Allure 15 months ago but have been able to enjoy it for 5 of those months. It is in excellent condition and - I believe - at $85,000 and 88K miles the lowest priced CC of it's type available. We bought it at a good price and will pass it on at one.
During our ownership we had only one issue - the ground on the parking brake switch which was trivial to fix - other than that this had been a joy to own.

I will be setting up a web site with photos as soon as I clean it inside and out from our recent trip. I do have some pictures and information I can send to anyone who drops me an email.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave,

We live in Key Largo, and have a 36 Country Coach. What part of the Keys are you moving to?

Hi Jeff -

We are buying on the gulf end of Big Pine Key at MM30 in the Key Deer Refuge. We've been spending our winters at Knights Key Park in Marathon for the past 5 years and fell in love with the Keys so - when we found out it was sold - we decided it was time to make a decision.
It will be different as we usually travel for 3-4 months every year.
We figure after getting settled there we will be back RVing.

Dave
