Mr. Strandberg:

I agree with you. We can enforce our own opinions regarding how we drive. We do not need new laws and a posted to sign to tell us what is realistic. As long as we do not impede traffic and stick to the basic state requirements we will be OK. Politics...other forums are available. We do not need politics discussed here.

Hi, group,

I am having trouble with leaking from the outer wall of my living room slide (only have one slideout) in my 1999 Intrigue #10801. The water filled up both electrical junction boxes that are mounted right behind this wall, on the inside of the slideout wall, just above the bays. It also filled up a major junction box that states "danger high voltage" in the furthest rearward of the three bays under the slideout. The outside wall is actually detaching from the forward and rear walls of the slideout, causing some major leaking into these boxes and also into the coach itself, getting water on the kitchen floor and the rear of the living room carpet, on the slideout side of the coach. When the shop I had working on it opened these electric boxes, water poured out of them. The way I found out I had a problem was the GFI in the bedroom kept tripping, but sometimes would take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to trip. We put some silicon caulking on the cracks at the top and sides of the slideout wall, and I am going to contact CC on Monday, March 21 about this problem. One of the mechanics at the shop told me that CC was aware of the problem and started to repair some coaches as they were being built when they became aware of this problem. I am wondering if anyone has heard of this happening and if CC ever did a recall for this problem? Thanks for any input,
Rich Trachta,
