Rallys

Hi Folks,

After owning Allure 30593 for 5 years and attending 2 CCI rallys, it has been a better experience to have small groups meet at a designated RV park and have a more ir less spontaneous social gathering with techincal discussions among the group. All of us have a particular expertise that can be shared. An example of a good spot is the Santa Ynez Valley in Santa Barbara County CA. One was held at Flying Flags in Buellton.

We have had many rallies from the rv.net group, the last one in Kerrville. They are put on by volunteers, and usually have anywhere from 20 to 60 RVs. Most have a good time with a small crowd. We haven't had achance to attend a local CC rally yet--we will try them as well. But anyone can set up a rally, although it is not as simple as it seems!
