Re Discover Card

We HAD a Chase Bank Master Card. We found out too late that if you have a dispute with a merchant and the transaction occurs over 100 miles from your residence Chase Bank will not help. In very fine print

it says if a dispute occurs you are responsible to fight this dispute yourself in court. I even wrote to the Comptroler of Currency in Texas

they confirmed. This cost us $5,000. until we took the merchant to court ourselves and won. But we had to go back to Fl and fill out all

the court papers to do this. So far we haven't had a problem with Discover Card
