2005 C-9 CAT ENGINE FLASH UPDATES TO ELECTRONICS

Does anyone have experience with the two flashes (re-chip) issued by Caterpillar to increase power (boost and torque) by changing the fuel delivery settings? CC told me that my engine needed them (suffers from low torque)
