TracStar Satellite Antenna

I bought a used MH ('00 Magna) which had a TracStar SV200 Satellite Antenna installed. It worked as advertised for about nine months and then started banging the roof when turned on. I called the mfg. in Orlando, Fla. (no 800 number) and managed to talk to a tech. After asking me to perform certain tests, he informed me I needed a new sensor module and a PC card. I gave him my credit card number and asked him how much. He said he would call me back. After about two hours I called back and got nowhere. The next day the tragedy in NY city occured. I waited for about two weeks and called again.
I was informed that the office manager had been killed in a car accident and they were in a mess. I was told the parts would cost $350. I re-ordered the parts and waited. Nothing, zip, zero, nada.
I called again with no luck. I have quit trying. I only used the damn thing on trips anyway. I would advise my fellow RVers to avoid TracStar Satellite Antennas.
