air mattress

We have seen several messages concerning purchasing an air mattress at Wal-mart that is under $300 and is a suitable substitute for Select Comfort. We have called all the Wal-marts in our area (Green Bay, WI) and none of them know anything about it.
Would the people who have bought them let us know which city and state you bought yours.
Thanks
Van

I will offer you an alternative that based on our experience will be as comforable as the Select Comfort. On www. Overstock.com there is a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper for less than $200. We purchased a 3 inch one for our bed and it is wonderful. Most comfortable sleep we have had in many years. Memory foam contours to your body. SAMS and Costco sell a cheaper version, but the product offered on Overstock is far superior.

We purchased our Air Bed at Wal-Mart in Greenville Tx. We bought it in the last of 2004. I cannot find the receipt, but the tag info on the mattress is as follows.

zinus Inc USA

7068 Koll Center Pkway Suite 425

Pleasanton, CA 94566 ( made in chine)
The price I am quite sure was 164.95. My wife says she has seen the mattresses in other Wal-Marts. We are traveling in the NW at this time. Hope this helps.
