Great Service - HWH Corp.

Getting good service is something that we all hope for when we have problems while on the road. Just wanted everyone to know about the excellent, professional and courteous service that I recently received from HWH Corporation.

I had a minor hydraulic leak in a couple of fittings for my living room slide. . After calling Country Coach technical support, they indicated that the best place to go within a reasonable driving distance was the HWH factory in Moscow, Iowa. HWH is located right off of I-80, just west of Davenport, Iowa..... 800-321-3494 (www. HWH.com). They told me that they have the capability of not only fixing a leaking hose, but also running a new line if needed.
I called Lynn, the scheduler, who was busy so I left a message. She called back promptly and scheduled me right in for the repairs.
They have good 50/30 AMP power, so you can arrive the night before and park the coach in their lot. In addition, you can use their WIFI in the waiting room. They also have an area where you can wash your coach. The next day, they quickly determined how to remedy the problem and did an excellent job of making they necessary repairs.
I addition, I requested some assistance with my ride-height control valves. They graciously agreed to help me even though that work was not on the work order. After successful completion of the additional work, I became quite frustrated with both of the service technicians. I was very pleased with their work, but they both strenuously refused to accept a tip that I offered. They both indicated that it was not necessary and that it was not company policy to accept tips. They were just happy to see a satisfied customer. Another surprise followed, even though I was out of warranty, I was not charged for the repairs! They said that those hoses should not leak.

I would drive many miles again for such excellent service. I am delighted that Country Coach has chosen such a great business partner and I hope that the business relationship with Country Coach continues for a long time.
