Extra Ordinary Service

Just wanted to tell you all about two instances of extra ordinary customer service. First, I called Fantastic Vent about a problem with one of our seven year old vents. They told me how to repair it and sent me repair parts for both vents, including motors and screws and motor covers. It was all done at no charge since they believe it should not have failed at all.
Second, we own a Eureka tent, purchased 17 years ago. The shock cords are all stretched out from much use. I called Eureka to find out how to repair and where to get new shock cord. They sent me new shock cord at no charge.
These are just two of the many quality manufactures out there who do stand behind their products for years.
