Re-setting the Link 1000 / Heart Interface

I have recently replaced my batteries with 4 Trojan T-125's. After some brief research I believe that I need to reset the Link 1000 to reflect the new battery capacities.
Can anyone that has done this give me some insight as to what actually has to be done ??
