Kwikee Step Question

Recently somone mentioned replacing the rubber grommets on Kwikee steps to eliminate the squeak. Does anyone know a good fast source for these grommets?

I replaced the rubber grommets with teflon pads. The teflon lasts 10 times longer than the rubber and the squeek is gone. The problem with the Kwikee Step design is that the sharp metal edge of the top step rubs against the rubber and cuts through it in a short period of time. The teflon stops the squeek and is much tougher and can withstand the continuous abuse of the raw metal edge without failing.
I purchased the 1/4" thick teflon pad at a hardware store and glued it with epoxy to the bolt head where the grommet goes.
