Coach (apparently) sold!

It took ~three months, but our '98 Intrigue is apparently sold. I say "apparently" 'cause it's still in our driveway and we haven't been paid yet.
We had expected to keep the coach "forever," and would have if it wasn't for my health problem. The new owner and his wife will be getting a great coach which has been well cared for. We'll miss it.
Interesting tidbit: Of the many people who came to see the coach, this man was the ONLY one who sat in the driver's seat before checking out the rest of the coach. He was also most impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials, while his wife was ambivalent, since she wanted slideouts, absent on our coach. Somehow, he "won." And when he finally took it for a test drive yesterday, he was convinced. They've owned three gas Class A's, BTW, and apparently the CC's superior performance on the highway was the final factor that sealed the deal.

Although he responded to our ad in a Philadelphia newspaper, we also advertised on RVTraderOnline.com, which has ~79,000 RVs for sale at any given time! Very discouraging. Also, there are at least two coaches for sale on motorhomesusa.com that were for sale when we bought our CC 29 months ago!!! So we're happy. But not as happy as we'll be when the coach is delivered and the money is in our account .

When selling my "other" coach I found the only venue that produced any serious inquiries was a for sale by owner lot.
Four different online venues only produced a few inquiries for additional pictures and info. I think the large number of coachs for sale on line is too much info that over saturates the market and also not being able to see it 'live' makes it harder. I sold a older diesel during high fuel and approching winter (Minn.) in three weeks on a sale lot.
