Ken Robertson RV in Lakeland?

Has anyone had experience with Ken Robertson RV in Lakeland, Florida for repairs? I was wondering if they still have a good rep. Also how do they accomodate you for long term repairs- do they have full hookups? or just electric?

This is just one data point, not even direct experience, but several people here in Polk City have recommended them to me for general RV work. I believe they are also listed on the CC web page as a factory warranty center, you can check this out.
