Have Anyone, files a LEMON law suit against Co...

I want to say I love my CC Intrigue First Avenue. That said it came with many problems
1. Cook top wouldn't work on delivery.
2. Washer/dryer leaked from the get go.
3. Hydronic heater exhaust fell off three times,
4. Skin separated on Both slides.
5. Refer had bad coil.
6. Inside step slide quit working. (bad wiring job)
7. Bad odometer. ( 58 miles from Minnesota to Junction City)?
9. Toilet started flushing on its own and filled the holding tank and more.
10. Both slides leaked right from the start. Water running down the shades in living room. Bad caulking job at factory.
11. Hydraulic came loose after 5000 mile inspection.
We were led to believe that ours was the first First Avenue made #11587 and we bought it in Pomona Oct 2002. I feel that they rushed it through production to get to the show and skipped QC all together. So I also think QC could use some improvement!!!
We have had these problems taken care of and I can say we were treated good in Junction City and Tucson. Weren't to pleased with Gilroy.
This is our second CC and I would buy another if we stay with this life style.

We're the first owner of our 2000 Magna.

A couple of times we've seriously thought about trading it in for a new one.

What held us back is the 1 year factory warrantee.
Since we've used our coach mainly for vacation time, most of our initial problems were discovered after the first year.
Luckily all our problems have been kinda minor (none of them were covered under the extra 7 year extended warrantee though), and we just live with some of them (like a cracked tile and an electrolysis induced paint bubble on the entry door).

Not until the factory has the level of trust in their product that they will deliver it with a minimum of 3 years or 36,000 miles warrantee will we consider trading in our now well debugged coach.
In the meantime, we'll keep enjoying the coach (but not my vacation time camping at Junction City :-)
