Warranties

Would love to see at least a two year warranty with unlimited mileage.
In new purchases there should be a disclaimer that says it might take one year to get all of the bugs out. Having talked with many coach owners who share the same thoughts. A lot of them own Magnas to Prevost conversions. Just a thought.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] WarrantiesWould be nice, but.....
Did I read where Newmar only has a 1 yr. warranty now instead of their 3 year? If I remember it right it looks like they are going in the opposite direction. (if that is incorrect, sorry) One manufacturer includes an extended contract with their purchase. It has helped some folks, and not others. The real problem is when a major problem on your coach is a direct result of poor manufacturing, it dies after the 1 year is up and they no longer want to shoulder any of the responsibility. (this is not CC). Components fail, mechanical stuff can break and/or wear out with use, that we understand, but if a major problem on your coach or car or anything is a direct result of putting it together wrong, that should still be covered, but getting it taken care of is another matter.
I guess it doesn't matter what the cost of the rig, the first year is spent ironing out all the bug-a-boos.

The warranty had a fine print clause. It didn't apply to owners that full-timed
