Sky Light Problem/ Tom & John

Thank you for the replys. Does the Skylight come apart? Are the top and inside not glued together?

I just removed the small screws and lifted up the skylight just enough to put new caulking around the seam. As I remember, it was all one piece. Be sure to get longer screws. I wish I could remember the lenght I used, but can't. Anything longer than what is originally put in will be an improvement.

Personally, I believe it is all one piece, not even two pieces glued together. When water in on the outside dome, try wiping it off, and see if the appearance from the inside changes.

I just did the reverse (sprayed a little water on it) and from the inside it looks like water is trapped between layers. The shadow of a pine needle laying on the dome is pretty darn clear on the inside, like there is no appreciable thickness.
