Prior to leaving for this years travels east, I inspected the tow bar and much to my horrer found the square adapter that hangs on the front of the towd had a 2" crack on one side weld. Noted the other side was buckling and about to seperate. Had to have back plates welded on each side to make it usable. Passing on the need to inspect this very improtant piece of equipment once a year or sooner.
