Electric cook top

Electric cook top We have an almost electric coach. It has the upgraded generator, inverter, AGM batteries, & residential refer. Since the Allure does not have the aux. water heater, nor propane furnace, the only thing we have that is propane is the cook top.
Has anyone removed the propane cook top and installed an electric cook top? We're thinking of doing that so as to get rid of the propane all together.
