Hi All,

We were wondering if anyone has had any experience, (or even uses) the Coach-Net or Good Sam RV Emergency Road Services. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: [Country-Coach-Owners] emergency road serviceWe've used Coach Net once for our Allure and a few times for our SOB. A lot of folks used Coach Net for our previous brand motorhome which continually had and have slide problems and Coach Net has been a big help. Haven't used Good Sam since our coaches have always come with CN. One of those things "Won't leave home with out it" type of things.

We use to have AAA and switched to Good Sam. Good Sam responded quickly and sent the right kind of help. AAA kept trying to tow us to a Chevy Dealer.

Can't say enough good things about Good Sam RV Road Services. We had a turbo failure on I-5 north of Fresno on "Christmas Eve" last year. You can imagine what services were available for such a major problem. They keep us informed as they arranged for towing. Since no service centers were remotely available they had us towed to an RV park in Fresno. This allowed us to unload all of the Christmas gifts into our toad (a sight to behold) and continue onto northern CA for Christmas. They then arranged a re-tow on Tuesday after Christmas to the Cummins service center in Fresno. All of this done without us having to get re-involved in the move from the RV park to the Cummins facility. They prevented the situation from turning into what could have been a disastrous Christmas holiday (putting aside the cost of repairs).

Can't say enough good things about Coach Net. Hydraulic leak on jacks and cooling leak , both times with impressive results. Both repair shops were expecting us and we were back on the road within an hour.

We have used Coach-net for several years and they are so good, it is hard not to brag to much on their service. The price has always been great. This is the 3rd rig I have have had there service for.

We have had Good Sam since 2002. Only used it once when I shredded an inside dual approx 50 miles outside of Palm Springs at 2:30 in the morning. I had a spare on board and Good Sam had a truck out to change it by 3:30. Didn't cost me a cent. I would not even consider having a coach without it. The other nice thing is that one premium covers the coach and ALL of your cars/trucks.

Coach Net is amazing. One of those services that you can't believe how good they are. We have used them several times and just recently to get a referal when someone hit and broke our awning in Claremore, OK. Referred us to a wonderful company.
AAA was awful for the RV when I had to use it. No experience with anything else.
