Emer. ExitI know a couple who keeps their fold up ladder inside the coach. ( the kind you can get at CW). And I heard some folks have one of those chain type ladders that you see advertised for 2nd story escapes. That will get you to the ground, but we need to come up with a way to keep the emergency window open while getting out.

More ideas: Keep the rear ladder's extension inside the coach instead of underneath, and hang it out the window when necessary. I also am seeing many campers standing their fold-up ladders outside their rear exit windows while camped. Also, attend the FMCA fire and RV safety seminars.
