splendide Dryer 2000 not turning

Looking for someone with experience with the Splendide 2000 washer/dryer. The washer works fine and the drum spins okay.
The dryer phase first stopped spining then it has stopped heating. A quick look behind the back panel shows no obvious deficiencies. Belts are fine. Pump cycles on during the drying phase but no warm air is circulated.

The splendid operating manual that we downloaded from the manufacturer does not have a troubleshooting chapter.

Anyone with dryer experience?
All washed up.

Id be interested in that problem too. Mine seems to work fine except sometimes the dryer, even though it is spinning, doesnt seem to heat up.

I've had troubles with my Splendide washer and dryer in my 2000 CC. One repairman in Colo. told me to be certain to turn it off (push button to off) even after the washer if finished due to electrical surges which are suppose to be controlled by our surge protector but do it anyway. Our washer stopped working on "spin" and it was a belt..then it stopped working all together and was another problem and needed a new motor. After all this we now have a washer/dryer that works. The most helpful source we had was to call the distributor 503-655-2563 and talk to Darrell Cline, who can be very helpful re: problems and also direct you to the best repairman in your area.
