Yahoo Message Number: 1752
Hi All

Looks like we have to put off our plans for full timing for at least 3 yrs. Therefore I intend to sell my Intrigue. I am looking for advise on:

determining market value
where/how to place an ad

Any suggestions???
Rich

wW were traded our coache in Feb. I got a handle on the value of ours and the one we were wantintg to buy from http://www.rv.org/
There is an order price and rating report you can get ( it's the same one listed on the above site.) http://www.dealdata.com/select.html It's a 4 page report for $9.50. It was very helpful in negotiating.
We had listed our coach on several rv selling sites but no bites and we spent a couple hundred dollars in the process. For our situation it was best to trade up.

Hope this helps.

Nadine

You can go to http://nadaguides.com/ where there is an RV section that will allow you to do up to 5 appraisals free. It allows you to add options etc and get a very nice printout of your equipment and the value.
The online sites can be successful but don't expect to get the exorbitant prices some of the people put on the sites. If you price it high you simply spend the listing fee for nothing.
Strange but it appears that some people think that anyone shopping on the internet has no knowledge of value. If you price right you will get offers. If you don't it will be as though your add is hidden from anyone.
If you want to see what others are trying to sell for on sites try going to: http://www.rvonline.com/ or http://www.rvsearch.com or http://www.motorhomesusa.com/used.htm or http://www.rvclearinghouse.com/
