Pioneer nav system HELP

About to leave on my first trip and the screen will not come out of the dash. Everything else on the dash works, nothing on the pioneer. Any help?

I know this sounds stupid, but make sure the unit is on. Small cone shaped button on right. I would also press face plate to make sure unit is on. Sorry no additional ideas

Without knowing which Coach you have on my Magna the console that houses the pioneer unit is designed so that you can access the back of the pioneer easily. the top the console just clips in place. Put your fingers behind the top edge of the console and pull forward gently and it should release. Check behind the Pioneer to make sure all the connections are tight and look for an inline fuse.
Good luck.

Frank, I had the same thing happen to my Pioneer in my Allure 470. This happened after I got my coach back from a Dallas area dealer who had "flatlined" both of my house AGM batteries. I was at that time leaving for Jekyll Island. When I got to Jekyll (having to purchase two new batteries while there) the CC tech found two fuses gone that they said were caused by the battery problem. One fuse was the one in the dash located behind the unit that you said that you has already checked and found to be OK. The other was a 20A fuse located in the front bay fuse box below the drivers seat. I didn't replace this myself, so I don't know what it was listed as on the fuse info sheet. His paperwork didn't say what it was listed for. I'm leaving early tomorrow morning from Atlanta headed to the Georgia mountains, so I won't have computer service for about another week. Hope you find your problem.
