I think you have the same issue as I do with my 95 Magna. There is a coolant reservoir above the engine with a coolant level sensor. When the coach is level the sensor is submerged. When the coach is going up an incline or is leaning to the left, the coolant runs to the opposite side of the reservoir exposing the level sensor. There is about a 30 second delay before the engine electronics shut down the engine.
This happened to me several times before I noticed it only happened on inclines. There were no visual indications, but I did notice a fast, not very loud chime.
