We have had the RV SANI-CON for about 2 yrs. now. It is a great product if you have a need for it. We spend some time at a couple of places each year where the dump is too far for a regular hose. With the RV SAN-CON we just attach a 100 ft. 3/4" ID heavy duty hose and pump away. For the times we don't need it we keep it in a small dishpan in the plumbing bay and use the regular drain hose. When we bought ours from them they were a small company that put customers first. Whenever we had a question or a problem they took care of us.
After more than a year of use we had a part crack and they sent us a new part free. Now that they have been bought by Thetford will it be the same? I remember when we bought ours the price on their website was higher than we payed. Their answer was that they had to show the higher price to CYA the coach makers for the price they charged. Don't know if this will continue.
