Seal treatment '04 Inspire

I recently read in Destinations that CC recommends using Baby Powder to treat both bulb and wiper seals...I tried it on one slide room seals and found the process to be both messy and a royal pain!

In an effort to find something more user-friendly, I have found a product made by Protect-All, Inc. called "Slide Out Rubber Seal Treatment." Anyone know of a reason why this would not work as well as, or better than baby powder? It apparently contains none of the petroleum based products with drying issues warned against by CC.

Hello Sally;

I've been using Slideout Rubber Seal Treatment for 5 years with excellent results. My seals are like new with NO deterioration of any kind. It contains a UV protectant that protects the seals from the sun, and also lubricates the slide so that there is virtually no drag on the seals when going in or out. It will not stain or damage the paint on your coach, so any overspray that hits the paint is OK.
The only disadvantage I can see is the price per use. It is very expensive compared to baby powder.
