Parking Brake and leveling problem

Macke,

I do not know if our your problem is the same as I have had but it sounds like it. There is a pressure switch that tells the HWH system that the coach is in park. I have a 98 Intrigue and I could not operate my slide because the system thought I was not in park. The switch is not hard to change out. For a temporary fix ......If you have a piece of wire you can fool the system to believe you have the parking brake on. Just attach one end of a piece of wire to the terminal on the switch and the other end to a ground. This creates the ground that the HWH is looking for. I do not know if your switches are like mine. Mine are located in the front driver side compartment. There is a panel with three or more pressure switches on it. The parking brake on mine was in the middle of the three. You may also fine the group of switches in your manuals. Good Luck.

Thank you Don, that was the problem and the fix. I called CC tech support this morning and they called me back with the same info and wire color and #. I made a jumper and the levelers and slides work. I have ordered

3 new switches from CC parts and having them sent overnite to mme here in Yuma so I can replace the defective switch and have a couple on hand for the others. I really appreciate your help.
