NO LONGER "THE BIG OL' ROLLIN TURD"!

Hello Folks:

Well, we have RETIRED and made our long journey to Junction City and now finally back home in Louisiana.

Many of you have read some of our posts concerning all the problems we had with our 2007 Tribute 260.

Taking the coach to JC for Warranty Repairs and service was exceptional to say the least. In fact EXCECPTIONAL is an understatement, CC was simply outstanding.

Everyone of our problems were addressed, fixed or removed and replaced. We got rid of the JUNK Westinghouse TV in the front and had it replaced with a new SHARP AQUOS HDTV, simply wonderful. They work on everyone of our 27 issues. While we spent a week in JC, it was worth every minute.

CC would pick up the coach in the morning at 7:30 and return it by 3:30 in the afternoon, ready for us to live in again, plus they explained everything that was done that day and what to expect the next day.

Brian was the lead Technician on the coach and was simply Outstanding and completely and totally professional the entire time.

The Office Staff were Outstanding as well. Always friendly and always helpful and cooperative.

We met with Kevin Kiscoan, (customer service) and Larry Sherwood and needless to say, initally we walked into the meeting very defensive and angry about all the problems we experieneced thus far. We soon realized that CC is truely a Customer oriented company and will continue to do business with that attitude. Kevin and Larry understood our frustration and went out of their way to satisfy us and fix all the problems.

Our opinion of Country Coach has completely changed from a Company that doesn't care about its customers, to one that truely cares about its Customers.

We are very pleased and happy about their service and commitment to us.

Thanks Country Coach! Thanks to Brian, Kevin, Larry and everyone who worked with us. You are the BEST!!

Hi, Jeff and Brenda--I hope you will see that Doug Rutherford gets a copy of your e-mail re the service you received at JC. It's refreshing to hear from someone who has high regard, just as I do, for CC. With the right attitude I found long ago they will bend over backwards to keep you happy.

Did CC reimburse you for fuel/travel expenses to JC from LA? I'm sure this wasn't a trivial amount. $2500 ??

To all of us who have know Larry since the times he was service manager, Kevin was working with Chassis, and Doug Rutherford was in charge of Chassis. CC service has always tried to pick up the pieces and put our coaches and our strained psyche back together. Now that Chris Snyder is the service manager, the service department is taking another giant step forward that I witnessed personally. With Bob returning and seeing his ability to pull everyone at CC together to work in one direction, your satisfaction was more secured. I have personally scene many corrections take place in production. But there is always plenty of room for improvement and that's what will determine success at CC, and our perception of that advancement. I have list that's too long to discuss here, but excessive weight, and lack of useable storage space are very close to the top.

NOPE! CC did not reimburse us for fuel, we didn't consider it and would not have asked for it.

We were in Tucson at the time we decided to go to JC for service, since we would not even consider Beaudry's (where we bought it) to even look at it, much less touch it. Simply put, stay away from Beaudry's!

The Trip from Tucson to JC and back to Louisiana was a little over $2000 in diesel. But the service and hospitality we received from CC in JC was above reproach. If only other dealerships could take a lesson from CC and treat their customers as well, the RV world would be a great place.

Take Care.

Consider also sending two posts from CCO list to Beaudry. They might understand how CC got praised & Beaudry got damned. Again!

Hello group,

I am a relatively new coach owner that purchased my first coach new from Beaudry's in Tucson this spring.

I have had many problems with this coach ( to many to go into), live in Colorado and have driven back to Tuscon for warranty work that never gets fixed correctly. I had an issue with the main passenger slide and was told by Beaudry's, "this is normal". Once I returned to Colorado I emailed Country Coach expressing my displeasure with the quality of work at one of there authorized Dealers. Country Coach referred me to All Stars RV near Denver. This Company seems to be VERY professional. I received a call for Allen at All Stars RV on Friday informing me that the "normal" functioning slide is in fact "broken in two". The only place in the Country that can fix this is Country Coach. I will also be able to report the level of service and commitment from Country Coach directly and am hoping to have positive things to say as Jeff and Brenda have below.

I am also hoping to determine if I have purchased lemon, or is it just total frustration I am feeling. I am also hoping that after my trip to Country Coach can put the frustration behind me and let the good time roll. I have not yet lost all faith.
PS. I purchased a Country Coach as a direct result of reading positive comments obtained from this forum. And I agree "stay away from Beaudry's"
